he grabbed that ancient solar charger he had found in the attic and left the city. he got rid of his tracking chip and started walking towards the forest. soon enough he had found the place he had noticed in the satellite mapping service. the ideal spot, providing shelter and solitude. his only interaction would be with the wildlife out there. he had nothing to worry about, no predator could chew his metal body and no other city robot could reach him, due to the battery-life limitations. portable chargers were obsolete and forgoten by all of the city's population. it wouldn't be long since he would be considered a member of the life in the woods, a crusoe by choice.
